These terms govern every booking made with Travel My Drop Taxi — whether through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Please read them before confirming a trip.

01Booking and confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive an SMS, email, or WhatsApp confirmation from our official number +91 99624 56667.
  • Please verify your pickup location, drop location, date, and time before confirming.

02Fare and payment

  • Fares are calculated using fixed-route rates or per-kilometer pricing shown at the time of booking.
  • All-inclusive packages cover fuel, driver bata, and tolls as mentioned. Any additional stops or detours are chargeable.
  • For non-package trips, toll fees, parking, state entry permits, and inter-state charges are extra and payable by the customer at actuals.
  • Night driver bata of ₹300 applies for trips scheduled between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

03Quick booking fare (within 2 hours)

  • Bookings made for a pickup within 2 hours from the current time are treated as Quick Bookings.
  • Quick Bookings are charged at a slightly higher rate than standard fares to cover immediate driver dispatch and availability.
  • The applicable Quick Fare is shown clearly at the time of booking before confirmation.
  • Quick Booking rates apply only to standard one-way trips. Fixed-route and airport-local fares remain unchanged.

04Distance and minimum kilometers

  • Trip distance is measured from pickup to drop using live navigation data. Fallback estimates are used if live data is unavailable.
  • For outstation round trips, a minimum of 250 kilometers per day is charged, even if actual travel is less.
  • Extra pickups, detours, and route deviations are chargeable based on actual additional kilometers at the agreed per-km rate.
  • For round trips, distance may be calculated garage-to-garage.

05Waiting charges

  • A 30-minute grace period is included at the pickup point at no extra cost.
  • After 30 minutes, waiting charges are ₹150 per hour for Sedan and ₹250 per hour for SUV / larger vehicles.

06Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a ₹300 cancellation fee.
  • If the driver has already reached the pickup location and the trip is cancelled, a minimum trip charge or no-show fee applies.
  • For Quick Bookings (within 2 hours), cancellation fees apply immediately upon driver dispatch.

07Passenger safety and conduct

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly not permitted.
  • Drivers may refuse service if passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or violates these guidelines.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior notice and may incur additional cleaning charges.
  • For long overnight trips, drivers may take a mandatory 20-minute refreshment break every 3 hours to ensure safe driving.
  • The Air Conditioner (AC) must be switched off while the vehicle is stationary for extended periods.

08Hill station charges

  • For routes to Ooty, Kodaikanal, Yercaud, Munnar, and similar hill stations, a hill-station allowance of ₹500 per day may apply.
  • AC usage is limited on steep climbs to protect engine performance and ensure passenger safety.

09Luggage and roof carrier

  • Luggage that fits safely within available boot space is included at no extra charge.
  • Roof carrier is subject to vehicle availability and may cost ₹300 extra.
  • Carrier support is generally available for SUV models (Innova, Crysta, Ertiga).

10Inter-state permits and taxes

  • For cross-border routes (Puducherry, Bengaluru, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, etc.), state entry tax and permit charges are payable by the customer unless included in an all-inclusive package.
  • Our drivers carry all necessary permits. Permit fee actuals will be shared transparently.

11Tolls, parking, and Fastag

  • All vehicles are equipped with Fastag. Total toll charges deducted during the trip must be reimbursed by the customer at the end of the journey (unless it is an all-inclusive package).
  • Parking and entry fees at airports, railway stations, temples, and tourist places are payable by the customer at actual rates.
  • In some cases, Fastag deductions may be delayed. The customer remains liable for all toll gates crossed during the trip.

12Cleaning and damage charges

  • If the vehicle requires deep cleaning due to spills, vomiting, or unusual soiling, a cleaning fee between ₹500 and ₹1,000 may apply.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by passengers is chargeable at repair cost.

13Route and vehicle

  • Drivers follow the best available route from live navigation unless the customer requests an alternative.
  • Additional diversions and longer route requests may increase the final fare.
  • In the event of a mechanical issue or operational delay, we may provide a similar replacement vehicle to complete the trip.

14Force majeure and liability

  • Travel My Drop Taxi is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, floods, road closures, strikes, or government restrictions beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from traffic delays or unavoidable breakdowns. Where possible, replacement support is arranged as quickly as operationally feasible.

By confirming a booking with Travel My Drop Taxi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above — including fare rules, Quick Booking pricing, cancellation policies, waiting charges, and route-based extras where applicable.
